Schooled in French educational institutions like HEC Paris, EDHEC and Sciences Po Strasbourg, Jacques comes accomplished with 2 Masters degrees specializing in Management, Strategic Business Unit Management with emphasis in Finance. He has also attained Bachelor degree in Political Science majoring in Economics and Finance. 
At HEC Paris, Jacques’s Thesis on ‘’China Cross-Cultural Management Challenges for Western Managers’’ was accorded cum laude.
As a European with European, American and Asia Pacific business exposure, Jacques has overseen up to 200 employees in addition to managing companies and corporations with revenues amounting up to Euro 150million. 

He has been living in Singapore with his family for more than 15 years. He now engages into Human Capital Development with the deployment of human-centric Education forcefully embodied by CY Cergy Paris University.

Holding 2 Degrees in Theoretical Computer Sciences (Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA) and a Master), plus a Master in Mathematics, and an extended career within international companies, Dominique has led, a triple activity, as a teacher, a pluri-media author, and a Digital consultant.

Former Managing Director of Strate Schools of Design, he creates in 2021 the first Faculty of Design within a French Public University: CY Cergy-Paris University.

From 1980 to 1992, he worked for Bull, the French Computer systems flagship company. 
As an expert in AI, he spent two years in Singapore, between 1989 and 1991 where he headed the Bull Far East AI Department,

Radjesvarane ALEXANDRE, born in 1966, received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics in 1993 from the University of Paris VI, France (Sorbonne University), and held different academic positions.
From 2007 till 2013, he was a professor of Applied Mathematics at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, in Paris, France. At French Naval Academy, he acted as the co-director of the Naval Academy Research Institute (IRENAV), as well as the leader of Under Water Acoustics Group. He has been Chair professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2010 till 2015.
He has a proven research track record in applied mathematical fields in Statistical and Plasma Physics, such as Cauchy
problem for kinetic equations, in particular Boltzmann equation, some of these works in collaboration with 2010 Fields Medalist Cédric VILLANI, with related links with Harmonic Analysis, as well as Underwater Acoustics and Signal analysis.
From 2013 till 2015, he was in charge for educational and international relations projects within ParisTech French Engineering Schools. From 2015 till 2018, he was in charge of Research programs implementation within Vietnam France University in Hanoi.

Since 2018, he is the Director and Dean of CY Tech, Scientific Engineering Graduate School
